I’m Álvaro, CEO of Miami Peeled Potatoes and the second generation leading the company in Spain. I joined the business seven years ago with the goal of continuing my parents' legacy and taking the company to new heights. Thanks to our dedication and values, we have successfully expanded to Miami, while maintaining the same passion, quality, and commitment that have guided us from the start.
